Ms. Kearl is an AV-Rated litigator who focuses her practice on complex real estate issues and commercial disputes. Most recent litigation includes easement, trespass and nuisance issues.

Ms. Kearl is admitted to practice before all California State Courts as well as selected United States District Courts. She is a board member for the Orange County Women Lawyers Association and is a fee arbitrator for the Orange County Bar Association.

Taking an active interest in the community, Ms. Kearl served on the Board of Directors for The Child Abuse Prevention Center of Orange County for six years, including serving as President. She also served as a Board Member and as President of Women Helping Women, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting women transition out of abusive relationships and become self-sufficient. She is a current board member for the Family Violence Project. Ms. Kearl was named as Volunteer of the Year by the Constitutional Rights Center, Mock Trial Program.

Ms. Kearl received her Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the Ohio State University College of Law. During law school, she served as an Extern for the Honorable George E. Smith of the United States District Court. Additionally, Ms. Kearl practiced as a court certified mediator.
