Allison Skoog Carcelli is an associate attorney with Kendrick, Jackson & Kearl.

Ms. Carcelli's legal experience includes practice in insurance defense, construction defect litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. She has defended large scale residential developers in suits filed by single family tract homeowners and homeowners associations. She has successfully negotiated settlement of several construction defect cases through mediation involving in excess of 50 subcontractor cross defendants and homeowner plaintiffs.

She has participated in settlement or resolution of over 100 personal injury, criminal, and family law cases through mediation, arbitration, and trial, including defense of three criminal clients from jury selection through verdict. Her criminal defense experience includes successful plea bargain negotiation with District and City Attorneys in cases of domestic violence, theft and assault and battery.

Ms. Carcelli received a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of California at Davis in 1990. She received her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 1993, and attended an International Legal Studies program at Cambridge University in 1992. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994.
